We are back, back at the gym and still loving it. For the last 3-4 weeks, I’ve been a little deflated and off. I have worked many hours, had hardly any sleep and been trying to burn the candle at both ends.
I lost my motivation and I haven’t been going to the gym or eating healthy like I normally do. I’ve been stuffing my face with so much chocolate, having fast food meals and generally just eating bad foods.
On top of all that, this week it was my mums birthday as well as the anniversary of her death. So I have been a little deflated as of late.
So I’ve forced myself to go to the gym and try to get back to my usual self.
I need to go and to honestly stop eating bad stuff. I’ve realised that eating bad actually makes you feel crappy too. Eating healthy is definitely the way to go. I need to start drink my green teas, red teas and making smoothies again.
Back at the gym
So here is my first video of us back at the gym.
As you can see, I wasn’t in the mood to go but i pushed myself and went. I’m always glad I am there though once I am there. I found it hard but I’m glad I went.
I put in an hour and ate healthy once home, so its definitely an improvement. I’m happy with that. I will push myself more often from now.
