We often say we are going to do this, we are going to do that when it comes to things in life. Take our bodies for instance, We are never 100% happy with it. We always want a better body, even if it’s just tweaking it a little here and there.

The problem that a lot of us do though is, we just say we want a better body, we just say we are going to do this. We don’t actually follow anything through. It could be a number of reasons why we don’t. It could be that we are just so busy with things like work, children, a poorly member, or it could be that there is just so much to choose from about it.

But, we should be making time, we should be following it through if we really want a better body. Not only to look good, but it will also make us feel good.

I went a long time stuffing my face with junk food, eating whatever I wanted and not caring about my my body. I enjoyed it don’t get me wrong and I still enjoy some of the things today.

What I realised though is after I started looking after myself, working out and eating healthier, I not only looked better in myself, but I also felt great. I didn’t feel tired or sluggish after meals, I felt alive. Full of energy and happier.

Now, if you don’t do it because you feel there is too much to choose from then you are right, there is so much content available to us out there. That doesn’t have to be a bad thing though. I am here to hopefully help in ways if you want a better body.
